As an Associate Publisher, you are
authorized to accept direct payments from local advertisers and retain
up to 55% of the profits - minus your expenses (we cover the page production
and commercial printing fees).

Publisher's Local Area Guides - Coupons and dotcom –
These are an Associate Publisher's
primary projects. Each are an 8 page magazine/tabloid, where advertising
is sold in your licensed area. We provide the layout templates, you and
your agents provide the sales.
We handle all the production and
the printing, while you handle the shipping and local distribution. You
sell the advertising, collect the revenues, distribute to your clients.
You will be contacting and establishing
relationships with local businesses to advertise in your area monthly editions
of at least 20,000 copies( LOG ON Coupons) and up to 50,000 quarterly
for the dotcom Guide. When you sell, you are selling a minimum of a six-month
contract - (Coupon Marketing System) thus providing a nice residual income
base for you and your staff.
No limit on the number of LOG ON
Coupon Guide editions you can do locally (other than we do license specific
geographic areas.)

coupon that they can change anytime they like. This can be different than
their printed coupon if they choose. Since their print coupon is distributed
primarily in their local market area, the LOGONCoupons.com

This on-line coupon links to the photobillboard (see next) and also provides
a map to the business.

Each participating business is given
a Photo Billboard to showcase their business services and products within
our system/database. For many businesses, the Photo Billboard may be the
only web site they need to get started on the world wide web. These attractive
billboards even provide a link to one's full web site (if they have one),
an e-mail link and even a mapping service.
Using our easy-to-use update feature,
the business owner can even make changes and updates as the owner sees

The BMS is a combination of a one-page
e-brochure and on-going print advertising in a local LOG ON magazine. With
traditional printed brochures having production and distributions costs
of well over $10,000 per year -- the e-brochure and print advertising can
be an even more effective and money-saving alternative. Presented as a
one-page web site, these innovative e-brochures are easily changed by each
owner at no extra charge. Links are built in to their e-mail, other web
site and a mapping service. Customers may also put links in for their suppliers,
vendors or others.
In addition, for an extra $54/yr,
we will create a printable z-fold brochure that reflects the contents of
