Our desire is to stop innocent business owners from being unjustly shut down and when they are, we will investigate to resolve the matter.  

We believe preventive measures are the best way to avoid trouble. One complaint from a professional flammer, an angry or disgruntled subscriber or simply someone having fun can cause pain and monetary loss. Now you have somewhere to go when the unthinkable happens. And, you have help to prevent trouble with the FTC.  

We will investigate a business who has taken your money and not delivered what they promised - to secure a refund.
